Yes. All coaching is month-to-month. As your goals, life, or budget change, you can move between levels without losing continuity in your training.
We’ll adjust your plan, review rhythm, and diagnostics to match the new level so your progression stays on track.
No long-term contracts. Coaching is billed monthly and you can cancel before your next billing cycle.
I simply ask for clear communication so we can close out your current block properly and capture lessons learned for the future.
